“OUT OF THE BOX” APPLICATIONS AND/OR MACHINING OF TURNOMAT PRODUCTS

The majority of Turnomat products that we produce and sell are of our “standard” listed variety. We do, however, offer design assistance and machining adaptations to our products when your need arises. We have a full complement of tool room equipment and a number of outside sources to handle most of your design / retrofit requirements. We have, in the past, done such things as adapting our housings to “fit into” or “mount to” structures in a non ”as designed” manner. We have ground precision slots in our hardened shafting, provided special hole patterns in both our housings and rams, provided “ganged” saddle units on our DT rams as well as similar set ups for our BUS and BUR systems.

We have provided machined to match shimming for our various housings when necessary. We can provide you with almost all of your machining requirements as long as we can adapt our standard products to that endeavor … all at a reasonably quoted price.
